Here's a recipe for delicious M&M granola bars that can easily be broken up to make yummy on-the-go yogurt granola! What You Need: 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Chips or Flakes (You can substitute this for Rice Crispies cereal) 1/2 cup M&Ms plus more for top. (I used a bit more than that) 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1/4 cup Butter, softened (half an 8 tbs stick) 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted 1/4 cup Honey 1/2 tsp Vanilla What You Do: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper greased with butter. Combine ingredients and mix! (Just don't eat it all, because it's very tempting...) Press into the pan and bake for 18 minutes. Let cool, and cut into rectangles!

Also delish as an ice cream or yogurt topping!
