You're late for school. You yank on some clothes and throw some berries in the blender with yogurt and a banana. It blends up in 10 seconds and you drink it on the way to school. Delicious, Nutritious, Filling, and Quick. Everything food should be. This 5 minute smoothie is a lifesaver when you are late. Studies show that kids do better at school when they have a good breakfast, so blend up one of these and still make it before the bell rings. Here's how:Peel a banana and plop it in your blender. Add 1 cup (or more!) berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.) Add enough milk or yogurt to cover the berries. Squirt in honey as desired. Blend it up! Pour in a glass.
